Where we ship

We ship across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Preparation

Your order is prepared within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday except holidays. As soon as it ships, you receive an email with the tracking number.

Delivery times

Times vary by item and destination: the estimate is shown at checkout, before payment. Expect 5 to 8 business days after shipping in most cases. These times are indicative; an occasional overrun doesn't entitle a refund once the order is delivered.

Shipping costs

Costs are calculated by weight and destination, and displayed in the cart before payment — never added as a surprise at the last step.

Split shipments

An order with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel gets its own tracking number.

Delivery address

Double-check your address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for a parcel delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address. Made a mistake? Contact us right away via the Contact page: if the order hasn't shipped, we'll fix it.

Lost or stolen parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the parcel, check with your household and neighbors first, then contact us within 7 days. We'll open a claim with the carrier.
