Tuftwell makes the unglamorous half of owning an animal easier: the smell by the door, the hair on everything, the paws that walk mud through a clean kitchen, the ears that need looking at every week.
Why we only sell this
Plenty of stores sell everything for pets. We don't. We stick to care, grooming and cleaning, because that's where a product either works or it doesn't — and you find out within a week. It's a narrow shelf, and we'd rather have thirteen things that earn their place than three hundred that don't.
How we choose
Every product has to solve something you'd actually complain about, work the first time without a technique to learn, and be worth buying again. If it only looks good in a video, it doesn't make the shelf.
What we won't do
We don't invent reviews, and we don't dress up grooming products as medicine. Nothing we sell treats an illness — when something is wrong with your animal, that's a conversation with your vet, not with a store.
