This site, tuftwell.com, is operated by Tuftwell. By placing an order on the store, you agree to these terms of service. You must be at least 18 years old to order.

1 — Products

Our products are made for animals, under the supervision of their owner. They are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Minor variations (shade, scent, packaging depending on the batch) may occur without constituting a defect, as long as the essential characteristics are as described.

2 — Not veterinary advice

Nothing on this store is veterinary advice, and none of our products is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Grooming and cleaning products are for routine care only. If your animal shows pain, bleeding, persistent scratching, discharge or any change you are unsure about, stop using the product and consult a veterinarian.

3 — Safe use

Follow the directions on each product. Keep products out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation appears. Toys are not indestructible: supervise play, and replace any toy that starts to break apart, as loose pieces can be swallowed.

4 — Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars, exclusive of shipping. Shipping costs are displayed before payment. Prices may change at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when you order.

5 — Orders

Your order is confirmed by email after payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of a prior dispute, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error — in which case you are fully refunded.

6 — Payment

Payment is made online by card, PayPal or Apple Pay through secure providers. Card details are encrypted and never stored by us.

7 — Shipping

Details and times are on the Shipping Policy page. Times are indicative; an occasional overrun doesn't entitle cancellation or compensation once the order is delivered.

8 — Returns

9 — Warranties

All products are covered by the consumer protection laws applicable in your state of residence. In case of a defect, contact us via the Contact page.

10 — Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse of the products, nor for force majeure. Lifestyle visuals are not contractual.

12 — Disputes

In case of a dispute, we'll always look for an amicable solution first. The consumer protection and dispute-resolution mechanisms of your jurisdiction remain available to you.
