Every product has to solve something you would actually complain about, work the first time without a technique to learn, and be worth buying again. If it only looks good in a video, it doesn't make the shelf.
Before you ask
Where do you ship, and how fast?
Across the United States. Orders leave within 1–2 business days and arrive in 5 to 8 business days. Tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Can I return something I've opened?
Tools and accessories, yes — within 30 days, unused and in their packaging. Return shipping is on you unless we got it wrong.
My pet didn't take to it. What now?
Tell us within 30 days. Animals differ, and a product that suits most won't suit every one of them. We look at those case by case.
Something arrived damaged.
Send a photo within 48 hours through the Contact page. We replace it or refund you, and you don't pay return shipping.
